Terms & Conditions – Sunderkand Path
Advance booking is mandatory to confirm the Sunderkand Path and arrangements.
Final date, time, and venue details must be shared at the time of booking.
Décor, sound, and seating arrangements will be provided as per the selected package and client preference.
Any additional requirements (extra décor, artists, extended duration, special arrangements) will be charged separately.
The client is responsible for providing a clean and suitable space at home or the venue for the path.
Event timings must be strictly followed to ensure smooth execution.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance; refund terms may vary based on the preparation stage.
Food, prasad, or bhojan arrangements, if not included in the package, will be charged extra or managed separately.
Management reserves the right to make minor adjustments on-site if required to maintain decorum and smooth flow of the event.
All activities will be conducted with respect to religious sentiments and traditions.
