Advance booking is mandatory to confirm the Bhajan Sandhya and associated arrangements.
Complete details including date, time, venue, and duration must be shared at the time of booking.
Darbar decoration, sound system, and lighting will be arranged as per the selected package and client’s choice.
Bhajan artists, singers, and musicians will be provided based on availability and confirmed requirements.
Any additional requests such as extra décor, flower arrangements, special lighting, or extended duration will be charged separately.
The client must ensure a clean and appropriate space at home or venue for darbar setup and bhajans.
Event timings should be followed strictly to maintain smooth execution and respect local guidelines.
Food, prasad, or bhojan arrangements are not included unless specifically mentioned and will be charged extra.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, prior intimation (24–48 hours) is required; refund policies may apply.
All arrangements will be conducted with full respect to religious traditions and devotion towards Khatu Shyam Ji.
